We also have additional AlphaFive programmers and developers available to us who can solve any technical situation that might arise. You are in good hands and have well qualified people backing up your investment.

System modification and technical support following the initial year after purchase is chargeable at rates aggreed at the time.

Maintenance Contract:
Within 30 days after the first year after purchase, you may, at your option, purchase an annual maintenance contract from us.
