On filling out a questionnaire, you will begin a relationship with us where we’ll ask for all the current client-related operational procedures specific to your company. We will analyze your response, and, with you, determine exactly which of your current procedures you like and which ones you would like to improve. We will then prepare your version of CaterSys.

Once we’re done, you’ll think we've developed CaterSys just for your company. The software will even have your company name on it. We’re so confident in your enthusiastic response that we’ll take a further risk and spend the hours it takes to reprogram CaterSys to fit your operation at no risk to you.

Once you’ve purchased CaterSys, you will have a full year of technical support to not only aid you with operational questions, but to continually modify your CaterSys (within the framework of the system) to make it better and better.

You’ll have 30 days after installation to decide if you want to continue to use this remarkable tool. If you decide to make CaterSys your event-management software, simply pay the balance due. We’ll send you an electronic key to unlock the program. If you choose not to continue with CaterSys, just delete it from your system and throw the disc away. You’ll owe us nothing further.
